Hello, my name is David Ferrers. I am the Chief Coach at 4u60s.com.
This site is run by three people, David Ferrers, Susanne Flø and Mike Spencer. We have each written a bit about ourselves below.
David writes: I live in Kent, England. I am 67 years old. During my career I built successful businesses in Marketing Consultancy and Personal Development Coaching. I am an NLP Master Practitioner.
For the past 10 years I have been a full time professional Personal Development Coach working mainly for large blue chip corporations like General Motors, J&J, Dell, Yves St. Laurent and Xerox as well as government departments. My role has been to help senior managers cope with the stresses of modern corporate life and to manage more effectively.
Six months ago Susanne, Mike and I started searching for a practical way to help people over 60 enhance their lives by making best use of their computers and the Internet.
Our solution was to set up 4u60s.com which offers PRACTICAL help through easy-to-follow video tutorials.
We are able to make it easy for anyone to learn by making extensive use of videos, Voice and Video over Internet Technology, online TV and a Forum, where Students can get instant answers to their questions.
Susanne writes: I live in Denmark. For the first 30 years of my career I worked for a large telecommunications corporation.
When I turned 50 I decided it was time for a change, a big change.
So from working to test of antennas and maintaining telecommunication exchanges I trained to became a nutrition counsellor and a herbalist. 2 years later I quit my job and started to work with real people.
If there’s one thing I love above cooking and growinng my herbs it is teaching. The most enjoyable part of my job as a test engineer was teaching others, it is something I want to continue doing all my life.
When
I met David and Mike online it was perfect for me, I can still do technical “stuff” and teach at the same time - bliss!
Mike writes: I live in Bedford, England. I am 43 years old and work at home running my various internet based businesses. Over the past 10 years I built a successful software development company, which also incorporates internet and web development.
I’ve worked with large blue chip corporations like IBM, Lotus, Microsoft, Ernst and Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
During the summer of 2007 I met David and Susanne through an online business venture, with the end result being the 4u60s web site which I am personally very proud of.
I want to use this as a channel to help other people get the most out of their online experience and improve the quality of their life in areas of health, wealth and personal happiness.
